  • Yes. For over 14 years, I have worked extensively with children, teens, young adults, and families in a variety of settings, including schools, community mental health agencies, and private practice. Throughout my career, I have helped teens and college students navigate anxiety, stress, self-esteem challenges, academic pressure, emotional overwhelm, family conflict, and major life transitions.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    I work with select insurances (Optum, Cigna/Evernorth, Aetna) and employee assistance programs, including Lyra Health and Spring Health. If I am not in-network with your insurance plan, I can provide a superbill that you may submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Parent involvement can be an important part of treatment, particularly for younger teens. Depending on your child's age and goals, we may incorporate parent sessions to strengthen communication, improve understanding, and support progress outside of therapy while still maintaining appropriate confidentiality.

  • My fee is $160 per 50-minute therapy session.

  • Yes. I work with college students throughout California who are struggling with anxiety, academic stress, low motivation, burnout, self-esteem challenges, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Therapy can help you develop practical strategies to manage stress, improve confidence, and feel more capable of navigating the demands of college life.
